With a unique background in education and business, Terry has served in various capacities in both.  In the education sector he was a teacher, principal, and Director of Teaching & Learning.  His most recent role in the business world was as Associate Vice President of Partnership Development at a startup company located in Titletown Tech in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

On a personal level, Terry has taught college courses for the University of Wisconsin system, is a Big Brother through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Wisconsin, has been a track and cross country coach, and has a keen interest in outdoor activities. He is an avid reader of mostly non-fiction but also enjoys a good story now and then. When not working he can be found kayaking, canoeing, fishing, hiking, and camping around the Midwest.

He and his wife are currently enjoying their new Vizsla puppy Mabel.
